At Lomfat, we want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or opened grooming products
  • Litter-related items after use
  • Any item not in its original condition

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
